Step I

Pre-Program Preparation: Determine Your Teams Strengths, Gaps and Stage
Using the FiveSTAR TPI, each team member answers questions online about his/her team’s current state, exploring:

• Motivation and Commitment

We provide you with a FiveSTAR Team Performance analysis profile. Additional tools for measurement and assessment include:

• The FiveSTAR Team Performance Indicator
• The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
• The Leadership Practices Inventory
• Belbin Team Roles
• DiSC

Pre-Program Preparation: Learn Your Organizations Culture and Objectives

• We interview team members.
• We get different points of view on the group’s issues and needs.
• We get to know your business products, mission, history, even language.
• We get a feel for the tone and personalities of the group.

Step II

Deliver Your Customized Program

• We execute a fun and meaningful experience.
• We design and deliver a powerful action-based program with value added solutions; Your group will laugh, gather insight and create applications from meaningful and memorable activities.
• We will discuss the “what’s”, “so what’s” and “now what’s” about your business.
• We will create an action plan for change; this is the roadmap to results.

Step III

Provide Post Program Follow-up

• We ensure your experience with team building is a process, not just an event.
• We provide a post program debrief with your team leader.
• We follow-up with a post-program FiveSTAR TPI survey 3 -12 months after your session.
• We provide a program summary DVD: Turning Insights into Actions .
• We provide a post program FiveSTAR Team Performance analysis profile with interpretation of data.
