With each TBW program, participants create an action plan that will identify specific things they will change when they return to work.  Your long term benefits become the dollars saved by reducing inefficiencies and the dollars earned through productivity; not to mention the enhanced quality of life created by working in a functional environment. 

What’s behind our Strategic Action Planning?

The cognitive and physical interactive challenges in both our Mobile Learning Initiatives and at the TeamBuilders WorldWide Center for Action Learning surface group dynamics, creating insights through guided debriefs after each challenge.  Participants grow to understand the dynamics and stages of team development.  We take a hard look at the behaviors of individual contributors as well as the group as a whole to understand the accumulative impact each member’s behavior has on impeding or reaching organizational goals.  We explore anything that impedes productivity:

• Rework
• Lack of trust
• Hidden agendas
• Passive aggressiveness
• Poor communication
• Operating in silos
• No seeking and sharing of information
• Lack of commitment

In our Strategic Action Planning module each participant identifies specific behaviors they will change…and they make very specific commitments to implement these changes right away. Working together with a TeamBuilders WorldWide facilitator, participants will create an action plan that will extend what they have learned in each challenge to practical applications back at the workplace. In addition, TeamBuilders WorldWide will provide a post-program PowerPoint summary of your session which will include activities, insights from the debriefs and follow up debrief questions.
